i'm starting to think that the real problem with antisemitism now, post October7 is that most antisemites don't see themselves as such. they think that they are "just antizionists" and willfully ignore the connection between Israel and the jews. i don't just say that, that is the massages that the so called "pro Palestinians" want to give and that is the difficulty that Universities and police have to make order in the protests. many of them can't recognize racism because antisemitism differs from other forms of racism and they welcome jews if they are antizionists. so they can't make the difference between hate speech and just freedom of speech. don't take my words as gospel, maybe i just talk nonsense

I don't think antisemitism is necessarily antidemocratic. Austrian parliament at the end of 19th - early 20th centuries was profoundly antisemitic, and so was a mayor of Vienna, who was reelected many times, and used to say, "I will not allow Vienna to be turned into Jerusalem." In early 20th century Russia too local national assemblies immediately turned antisemitic. Poland was very antisemitic between First and Second World Wars. Etc. Or just look at the governments or parliaments in countries like Australia, Spain, Ireland, Norway, soon to be UK. Followed by Canada and the US. Everyone is turning against Israel and embracing "antizionism" (antisemitism.) Belief that democracy will be on our side is just another Jewish pipedream. We must prepare that Israel will stand alone againts the entire world: totalitarian, authoritarian and democratic. The mask has slipped, but it hasn't fallen off. We are still clinging to a whole bunch of pleasant illusions.

Hamas was created in 1987, before the "peace process." Generally, I think dreaming of impossible things like Palestinian peace movement or Palestinian national movement is harmful. We must concentrate on self-defense and our own survival. But I like the first half of the video, the one about psychology. So please refer to the psychological notion of the Shadow. Palestinians are Israel's shadow.

I TOTALLY disagree with your guest regarding the world’s view of war and civilian deaths. Some may want war to be stopped to protect the innocents, however, I haven’t heard any outcry against Syria, Russia or Saudi for example. Israel was accused of being heavy handed BEFORE ANY GROUND CAMPAIGN HAD EVEN BEGUN. He’s deluded on that point .

The world simply does not stand with Israel. Plenty of countries and people do not stand with Israel. The Israeli government as does others like Murray cannot even differentiate between anti - semitism and criticism of Right wing Israeli government and politicians and policies. They know what they are doing by calling anyone who directs criticism of Israel as anti- semitic. It is propaganda and simply a lie. This does not do anything to help Israel or the Israeli people. It just makes more people around the world dislike and distrust them even more. They are their own worst enemy. There is of course a rise of anti - semtisim but it is somewhat their own fault. There is also a corresponding rise of racism around the world due to immigration both legal and illegal. In a lot of cases the racism is deemed to be racism when it is not. These right wing commentators and politicians will use any leverage they can get including propaganda, nationalism, lies, to justify their own human rights abuse and their own racism and hatred.

Thank you so much for this post: because - as a seventy-two year-old Christian - I am mystified as to the amount of hatred for Jews I am seeing among young people, throughout UK universities, and on our streets, today. This began even before ISRAEL had decided upon its response to October 7th 2023: indeed, it began on 8th October! It was as though preparations had already been made to express this Jew-hatred. I know that some of it is being driven by those who hold to ISLAM: but what of the Communist students? And what of the BBC and other media outlets?

He IS NOT an HONEST friend of Israel and anyone who thinks he is most likely is delusional at best. And as a 76 year old who spent his first 51 years living in NYC & who followed the career of TRUMP all his life, anyone who thinks TRUMP is an anti-semite or racist of any kind is, quite frankly NUTS. There is not a bigoted bone in his body.

Thank you so much, Noa. This video has been a very welcome introduction to you and to your very helpful understanding of the situation. It has supplemented the info I already receive from sources such as Erick Stakelbeck, Don Stewart, Caroline Glick Ron Rhodes, David Tal and Sky News Australia. As a British evangelical Bible-believing elderly Christian with a strong interest in the prophetic scriptures (both in the Hebrew Bible and in the New Testament), I see a definite future for Israel, albeit with very tough times along the way. The scale of unfounded hatred toward Israel and the Jewish people is clearly satanic in nature. For sure, an overall perspective demonstrates that an ages-long spiritual conflict is continuing with great ferocity. I am so thankful that the Word of God, although written so long ago, has such a reliable track record of fulfilled prophecy and that I can therefore know it will prove equally reliable in the future fulfillment of those prophecies which currently remain to be fullfilled. So I'm confident about who wins in the end, and it won't be the enemies of Israel and of the gospel of my Jewish Saviour. I am.praying for you, dear lady, and for your people. Romans 11.

We are becoming immune to the suffering of people ALL PEOPLE by the politics of the US and it's Western allies from Ukraine to Gaza A heartfelt plea for the return of humanity to our politicians and our society from a real human being . The dead children don’t affect me like they used to. The images. The videos. They still disturb and horrify, but not like they did in the beginning. Not anywhere close. And, honestly, I hate it. I hate that that part of me has been stolen. As much as I hated having my heart kicked around all day and having nightmares all night, I’d rather have that than this decreased sensitivity. People should not become desensitized to such horrors. People should not become accustomed to decapitated babies and small, mangled bodies. To corpses run over by tanks. To body parts carried in plastic bags by loved ones. These things should jar you. They should rattle you to your core. But they don’t anymore. Not here. I held onto it for as long as I could. It felt like a solemn duty, to hold on to that part of me that still screamed with an appropriate mixture of grief and outrage at the latest tiny shredded body. But desensitization sets in whether you want it to or not. That’s how they create soldiers, after all. I hate that these pricks have amputated that part of me, and I hate that I know it will never grow back. I have been permanently disfigured inside, mutated by atrocities, all the way down here safe in the Melbourne suburbs. And I hate that this is happening all around the world to everyone else who’s kept their gaze fixed on Gaza. All around the world humanity is being mutated. All around the world something sacred is being stolen from the hearts of good people. All around the world people are finding callouses where there used to be tenderness. And I want my tenderness back, god damn it. I want my tenderness back. Give me back the nightmares. Give me back the tears. Give me back the dry retching over the toilet, and the shaking under the blankets. Give me back the collapsing onto the couch and not moving for several hours until my system can recover from what my eyes just saw. I’ll take it. I’ll take it all back again. Just give me back that soft, tender part of myself that has been withered to dust by a live-streamed genocide. I will take good care of it. I will feed it good things. I’ll give it plenty of sunshine, cupping it delicately in my hands by the window. I will take it for walks, and let it rejoice at the children running and playing, with their parts all together and their insides on the inside. Don’t leave me hardened and darkened like a soldier. Give me back that soft, sacred part of myself that weeps at the corpses of children, so I can behold the world gently again.

The Reshef Plan: The Day After in Gaza and Israel -- the first step to repair a broken world There has never been a state called Palestine and the Arab leadership in the area formerly known as the Mandate of Palestine has never been interested in a permanent two-state solution. In stating that, I am not denying Arab Muslims of the Mandate the right to a national identity -- just not a "Palestinian" one. Allow me to offer a solution to the Jewish/Arab conflict, starting with the situation in Gaza. The idea of having the UAE and Saudis involved in financing and assisting the development of an emirates-like enclave in Gaza led by a local Gazan entity that is not wedded to Hamas or the Palestinian Authority -- with Israeli security oversight, Egypt in a supporting role, and the U.S. providing diplomatic cover and incentives - is a good one. This would leave it to the Israelis and Arabs to manage Gaza’s day after without interference by outside interests, e.g., the UN. There should be three emirates/governorates in Gaza: Gaza City, Khan Younis, and Rafah. However, that does not fix the wider problem of what to do with the West Bank, Jerusalem, and possibly Lebanon south of the Litani River. That is why the same solution should be applied to those areas. And here comes the game-changer, extending the same structure to all of Israel, using the current conflict - the most recent round in a 100-year civil war between Arabs and Jews - in much the same way as the American Civil War led to the Reconstructionist Era, during which the United States reintegrated into the Union the states that had seceded and determined the legal status of African Americans. It is time for a solution that is not based on a “split-the-baby” solution that simply separates people, but one that resolves the underlying problem which is the acceptance of a Jewish state in a Muslim region of the world. To that end, the world should recognize what the British and the League of Nations recognized when the Mandate was created, that the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) is the heartland of historic and cultural Israel, and has been since Abraham purchased the land from Ephron the Hittite in Hebron around 4,000 years ago. This is the land to which Moses led the return of the Israelites/Jewish people after their sojourn in Egypt, and it is the territory where the Jews established two kingdoms of Israel and a dominant presence for almost 1,500 hundred years (1,330 BC - 135 AD), making the Jews the indigenous people of the land - a check of the criteria for indigeneity listed in the UN Factsheet titled “Who are Indigenous Peoples?” will bear this out. This reconstructionist solution would require that Israel reconstitute itself as the United Democratic Republic of Israel (Israel), a Federal Republic comprised of three governorates in Gaza, eight-nine in Judea and Samaria, and 24 or so in what is referred to as Israel inside the green line and the Golan Heights, and southern Lebanon. The republic would be guided by a constitution granting equal political and civil rights to all its citizens -- Jews and non-Jews. It would also be consistent with the Jewish mission to be God's light (example) unto the nations, fulfilling their covenant with the Creator -- I hope this isn't too spiritually esoteric for the vainglorious and contumelious. Each of these governorates would have locally elected governments and the ability to raise local taxes and manage administrative affairs. Local police would manage day-to-day policing while national security matters and organized crime crossing governorate lines would fall under the purview of a federal agency. The elected Governors of each governorate would sit in a new deliberative chamber of the Israeli government (like the U.S. Senate). That chamber would also have one representative from each of the faiths representing more than 1% of the total population (Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Druze). The chamber would not have legislative authority. It would scrutinize legislation, hold the government to account, and consider and report upon public policy. It could also seek to introduce legislation for the Knesset to consider or propose amendments to bills before their final reading. It would be able to delay bills or to suggest changes to them, though it could not indefinitely block their passage in the Knesset, with the possible exception of bills involving constitutional amendments, religious and minority rights, with a supermajority of 60%. This would allow for the voices of all residents of the republic to be heard and considered by the Knesset. The Knesset would have legislative power and be much like it is today, though Israel's laws should be revised so that coalition governments are not as easily captured by extremist elements, e.g., the election threshold could be raised from 3.5% to 4% and the total number of seats possibly raised to 150. A coalition government could only be formed with 55% of Knesset members…not the current 50%. If a coalition of 55% cannot be formed then a second round of elections would be conducted with minority parties constituting less than 6% of the total first round vote dropped from the roll. This would encourage small parties to join a coalition rather than hold out over fringe issues. Once established, a coalition government could be dissolved with a 56% vote in the Knesset…not the current 50%...unless parties withdrawing from the government agree to formally join with the opposition to form a new government. This would mean that coalition governments could not be so readily held to ransom by small minority parties. If the citizenry is not happy with the coalition government but does not have the support of 56% of Knesset members or their representatives cannot form a new coalition, then, like now, they get to elect a new government. This solution would allow Arabs to have local autonomy where they predominate, remain on their property (which would be formally registered in a national register), and possibly allow for Arab refugees with surviving immediate family members from the 1948-1949 war to return from Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and Jordan. It would not allow for Palestinian statehood - the opportunities for that have been squandered, and deliberately so, because local Muslim Arab leadership has never accepted a two-state scenario. Originally proposed in 1937 by the Peel Commission, the idea of a two-state-solution was adopted by the UN in 1947, and after that, repeatedly tried by Israel with the support of the U.S. Every time it was rejected by the local Arab Muslim leadership, which has only ever sought the annihilation of the Jewish state. The time for a two-state solution has passed, and as the current conflict has exposed, it cannot resolve the underlying problem, which is Muslim acceptance of a Jewish state in the region. Regarding citizenship; Arabs would be offered citizenship but would have to: 1) serve two (women) to three (men) years of national service (not necessarily military service -- this would also hold for all Jewish citizens); and 2) renounce their foreign citizenship/s to obtain Israeli citizenship (most Arabs in Judea, Samaria, Jerusalem, Gaza and Lebanon hold foreign citizenship). Those Arabs who do not accept these conditions or are beyond the age of national service, would receive full residency with full civil and political rights in the governorates where they currently reside. They would be able to vote in local government elections and for their representatives in the new chamber but not in national elections for the Knesset. They would be able to travel and work anywhere inside Israel but would not be able to change their residential governorate except by marriage, when they could elect to change their residency to their spouse’s governorate. They would get a special passport which could be used for international travel. Children would obtain civilian status, but would lose citizenship at 18 if they fail to fulfill the requirements of national service. Under penalty of law, organized insurgent activity against the sovereign integrity of the State would be grounds for imprisonment and/or to strip offenders of their citizenship/residency and expel them from Israeli territory. This would apply for all citizens and residents, Arabs and Jews. Violent insurgent activity rising to the level of terrorism (defined by law) would be subject to a death penalty. The solution of a United Democratic Republic of Israel should be supported by the West and all civilized nations. Not only does it offer a resolution to the Jewish/Arab Muslim conflict in the former territory of the Mandate, but it would deal a heavy blow to the pernicious dawa and revivalist ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood that captured Arab and Muslim political thinking in the 20th Century, is favored in duplicitous states like Qatar, is in alliance with the antediluvian Islamic theocracy of Iran, is responsible for the spread of global antisemitism through Qatar’s Al Jazeera Media Network, Qatari-funded universities, Islamic centers, and other civil society organizations in the West, and is threatening the stability of several Western nations. It is what is holding Muslim nations back and is why its adherents in the West are unable to fully integrate within their new societies and, when strong enough, agitate to mainstream Muslim practices and ideas. The time to end this brokenness is now...starting in Israel.
